Job Location: Various client sites across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland, BC

What we offer:

  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • Competitive hourly wage: $38.50

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years painting experience including supervisory/lead hand duties
  • English sufficient for crew/client coordination
  • High school diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and assign crews, equipment, and materials; supervise and coordinate the activities of painters and helpers;
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications, establish work methods, and ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations;
  • Inspect completed work, resolve on-site issues, and communicate with clients and general contractors to ensure project requirements are met;
  • Estimate labour, materials, and project timelines; order supplies; and maintain job records and progress reports;
  • Train and mentor workers, monitor performance, and enforce safe work practices;
  • Provide hands-on support with complex surface preparation, painting, and finishing work as needed to keep projects on schedule.
