South Bow’s new Calgary headquarters by Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning has captured two major honours: ‘Best of Region: Canada’ at the 2025 Shaw Contract Design Awards and ‘Project of the Year’ at the 2025 CREW Calgary Awards.

Spanning four floors of Calgary’s Manulife Tower, the project was completed on a fast-tracked eight-month schedule, from award to occupancy, through close collaboration between Kasian, South Bow’s internal team, and construction managers Govan Brown.

The design features curved glazed walls, natural wood finishes, and dual-tone concrete flooring that complement the tower’s architecture. Workspaces are organized into neighbourhoods to accommodate diverse work styles, anchored by a bright central gathering hub that serves as the social and creative heart of the office.

The 2025 Shaw Contract Design Awards recognize spaces that positively impact people and the planet, and the CREW Calgary Project of the Year honour further reinforces the project’s leadership in workplace design excellence and industry impact.
