A new Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) will open in Pickering, Ont., this June. The third of its kind in North America, the centre will allow enthusiasts to experience vehicle dynamics and technology first-hand under the guidance of trained staff and certified instructors.

The main building is equipped with geothermal heating and cooling. Additionally, photovoltaic (PV) roof panels will provide renewable energy for approximately 20 per cent of the building’s overall electricity consumption.

The 2-km (1.2-mile) driver development handling circuit incorporates several elements inspired by iconic racetrack sections such as Laguna Seca’s corkscrew, Nurburgring’s Carousel, and the Porsche Curves from Le Mans.
