Dynamic Concrete Pumping is seeking experienced Concrete Pump Operators to join our growing team. Our fleet includes equipment ranging from line pumps to 57m boom pumps.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating concrete pumps 
• Valid Canadian Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with Q endorsement Including clean drivers abstract
• Ability to operate manual transmission
• Physically fit with the ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate job site challenges
• Confident, proactive, and safety-focused personality
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Valid CSTS and WHMIS certification required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (citizens, permanent residents, or open work permit holders only)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-operational inspection
• Clean, lubricate, and refuel equipment
• Operate hydraulic pumping systems
• Use two-way radios and communication equipment
• Complete accident and incident reports 
• Secure and manage attachments and equipment components

Compensation & Benefits

• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week
