Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma

Experience: At least one year of experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Tight deadlines
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focused, team player, dependable, reliable

Terms of Employment:
• $36.00 per hour
• Full-time 35 hours per week
• 6% vacation pay

Specific Skills:

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials;
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems;
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware and
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
