Royalton Homes created its new Ontario office building using standard ICFs for the below-grade walls, switching to thicker forms above grade. The lower band of ICF will have stucco and be earth-backfilled up to the ‘brick ledge’ block sloping outward. The ledge protrusion will be filled with concrete and provide a transition to an exterior cladding of stone veneer.
