CSC Calgary October Meeting: City of Calgary Downtown Office Conversion Program

The City of Calgary Downtown Office Conversion Program was launched in August 2021. To date, 21 conversion projects have been approved, collectively removing approximately 2.68 million square feet of vacant office space from the downtown market. This presentation will provide an overview of GGA-Architecture projects delivered through the Downtown Office Conversion Program, highlighting the role of design in supporting successful building transformations and city-building initiatives.
