The Toronto Chapter has won the 2020 Lloyd Boddy Chapter of the Year Award. This award recognizes the chapter’s efforts in meeting the goals of the association through professional development opportunities, spirit and participation in the local industry, and CSC committees.

Diamond Schmitt Architects has been awarded each year, and is again for 2020. The editorial competition managed by Mediacorp Canada in conjunction with The Globe and Mail reviews thousands of applications from private sector companies. The B.C. Construction Association (BCCA) and Minerva B.C. has opened nominations for the 2nd annual Builders Code Champion Awards, which celebrate B.C. companies that are proactively addressing the issues of equity, discrimination, and harassment in the province’s construction sector.
Drew Adams, MRAIC, a Toronto-based architect who integrates a passion for sustainability with excellence in the built environment, is the recipient of the 2020 Emerging Architect Award from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC).
