This brief, completely anonymous survey goes beyond paycheques. It captures real-world insights into compensation, job satisfaction, career outlook, and how today’s economic conditions are shaping decisions across the industry. Each response helps build a clearer, data-driven picture of where the industry stands—and where it may be headed.

Over the years, thousands of architects, engineers, specifiers, product manufacturers, and facility managers from every province and territory have contributed their candid views. Together, those responses create one of the most trusted benchmarks of Canada’s built environment workforce.
