The Ottawa Chapter of CSC is hosting a Construction Contract Administrator (CCA) course during the month of April.
The course is designed for those individuals involved in construction administration, including property managers, architects, engineers, interior designers, specification consultants, and building authorities. A requirement for the Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) designation, it covers topics ranging from bidding requirements, site activities, and alternatives/substitutions to dispute resolution, insurance, submittals, and commissioning.
It will be held Saturdays (i.e. April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30) at the offices of John G. Cooke and Associates from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is $1095 (plus taxes), and includes classroom instruction, materials, and lunches.
