This month's luncheon presentation of CSC's Hamilton/Niagara Chapter deals with the art of concrete polishing. On Thursday, October 15, the national specifications development manager for W.R. Meadows of Canada will provide insight on why these floors have become one of the fastest growing areas in the industry. Russell Snow, B.Sc., CTR, LEED AP, will offer exact details, in a step-by-step format, on the polishing process. Held at Burlington, Ont.'s Royal Canadian Legion (828 Legion Road), the event gets underway at 11:30 a.m., and qualifies for Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) self-directed hours.
