|
At its February 19 lunch meeting, the Hamilton/Niagara Chapter of
Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) is offering an hour-long presentation
on selecting the best waterproofing system. The seminar, which qualifies for
Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) self-directed hours, compares and
contrasts self-adhering sheet and liquid-applied membranes, demonstrating their
uses, advantages, and limitations. The talk will be led by David Leslie, CSI,
AIA—a 20-year veteran of the industry.
The event will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion at 828 Legion Road, in
Burlington, Ont. Registration ($25) begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch at noon and
the presentation following at 12:45 p.m. For more information, contact Terry
