In late November, the Hamilton/Niagara Chapter of Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) is hosting a luncheon presentation on specifying restroom accessories. Intended for design/construction professionals, building owners, and facility management, this session delves into selection processes for industrial, commercial, and institutional products related to Division 10, including toilet partitions and lockers. The session will be conducted by Steven C. Ioannides, B.Eng., CTR, architectural sales representative for ASI Watrous Inc. and editor of the CSC Toronto Chapter's Specifier newsletter. Ioannides will also discuss accessibility-related issues and touch on green requirements of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. The event takes place on Thursday, November 20 at the Royal Canadian Legion (828 Legion Road) in Burlington, Ont. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch served at noon and the presentation getting underway at 12:45 p.m. Tickets are $20.
